LoveStory collects only what it needs to make and deliver your film.

What we collect

Your email, your phone number if you choose to give it, the story you write, the photos you upload, and the length you paid for. Stripe processes the payment. We do not store your card number.

How we use it

We use the photos and the story to make your film, the email to send it, and your phone number only to call you about your order. We do not sell this information or use your photos to advertise to other people.

How long we keep it

We keep the order so we can make the film and answer questions about it. Photos are stored privately. Until you press Send, a draft of the form stays only in your own browser, and it is removed once the order is sent.
