Refunds

You can cancel for a full refund before we start the film.

Reply to your Stripe receipt and say you want to cancel. If we have not started, we refund the payment in full. After production starts, the fee covers the custom work and is not refunded.

If the length is wrong and we have not started, we will refund the order so you can buy the length you want.
